12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising under or related to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, without prejudice to any mandatory applicable legislation.

The Portuguese-language version of these Terms and Conditions is Ahkoris's official agreement with users of this Site. In case of any inconsistency between the Portuguese-language version and any translation, the Portuguese-language document shall control.
